Payment can be made in person by arranging an appointment. Only cash or bank deposit is available. No Eftpos. A receipt will be provided for all payments.
Booking a Wedding Package with Stylish Outdoor Weddings
Thank you for choosing our services! Here is some important information we would like you to know when booking our wedding packages.
BOOKING FEES, BONDS, & PAYMENTS
When booking a wedding package with Stylish Outdoor Weddings, a 30% booking fee is required to secure your choice of package and date.
This is non-refundable.
If the wedding is 12 months away or more, a $200 booking fee is required to secure the date and this is also non-refundable.
A security bond as well as cost of hire is taken on all items hired out if the customer chooses DIY.
The security bond is refunded on the return of undamaged items.
Final payment MUST be made 14 days before the date of the wedding or event.
LATE ARRIVALS, CEREMONY & EVENT CHANGES
Please ensure that both parties to be married arrive no later than 5 minutes after your scheduled start date to ensure everything runs on schedule.
While we would love to accommodate the extra time for your wedding, we are on a strict schedule either due to park permits, booked weddings after your event, or other party bookings.
Please note that if the bride intends to arrive more than 5 minutes later, please help our team manage their time and commitments by booking in additional time for the wedding. Fees are provided at booking time if you think you may arrive late.
We do everything we can to make sure we have our beautiful setup ready for your special day and that the ceremony before you finishes on time so we can have everything on time for yours.
BAD WEATHER POLICY
In the event of bad weather, a backup plan is advisable and Stylish Outdoor Weddings are happy to presume with the ceremonies setup at the allocated premises.
Most times this would be the Reception venue.
Weather conditions are outside the control of Stylish Outdoor Weddings and we will do everything in our control to use the items indoors, or substitute them for other items.
All of our carpets cannot be used in the rain or on wet ground. Any stains on carpets will result in dry cleaning bill for the hirer. If a stain cannot be removed, cost of replacement will be charged to the hirer.
In the event of rain or muddy conditions, Stylish Outdoor Weddings has the right to withhold rolling out carpet runners if it is decided that it would be detrimental to the on going condition of the carpet.
If the backup plan is required, at least 3 hours notice is to be given by the customer.
Stylish Outdoor Weddings may advise a backup plan if bad weather warnings have been issued.
In the event of extreme weather conditions preventing you from holding your ceremony at the requested outdoor site, we will setup indoors, therefore money will not be refunded.
CEREMONY & EVENT PERMITS
The client is responsible for obtaining any ceremony or event permits that may be required.
A copy of these permits must be supplied to Stylish Outdoor Weddings no later than 1 month prior to your event.
Stylish Outdoor Weddings will not accept responsibility for clients not adhering to permit regulations.
HEALTH & WELLBEING
The Australian Government is constantly revising the person limit at weddings on an ongoing basis. The responsibility is entirely on the bride and groom to ensure that these restrictions are abided by. This includes if wearing of a mask is mandatory, the number of people present, any distance restrictions, and any other restrictions defined by the law.
We have the right to refuse to go ahead with any wedding where the number of wedding members (including our celebrant, photographer, pianist, and stylist) exceed the COVID Restrictions. My Easy Weddings will not take responsibility for any fines issues for breaching the Government requirements.
We take the health of you, your guests, and our team seriously. Breaking COVID Restrictions is non negotiable.
